With a northerly aspect, this hilltop house efficiently captures cool breezes and is perched above Tangalooma Island Resort. Guests can use all resort facilities during their stay including cafes, restaurants, pools, shop, resort activities and tours (excluding dolphin feeding). Whale watching, tobogganing, helicopter and quad bike tours are just a few of the popular activities that are available through the resort for guests to book.
Concertina glass L-shaped doors allow guests to enjoy relaxed indoor-outdoor living between the kitchen, lounge, deck with BBQ and comfortable sun lounges to recline on.

- Main bedroom has a queen size bed and corner bath* that is an ideal place to relax and watch magnificent Moreton Bay sunsets (*please note, this is not a spa)

- Third bedroom has a double bed with single bed over the top (bunk style) + single
- The downstairs in the rumpus room has a bunk bed with double on bottom and single on top
- Three bathrooms:
- Two bathrooms upstairs (main ensuite and upstairs bathroom + separate toilet)
- One downstairs bathroom and toilet
- The downstairs rumpus room includes a double fold out lounge and TV.
- Well-equipped kitchen including full size fridge (plus second fridge downstairs), oven, gas cook top, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine (Aldi pod machine), toaster & kettle. All utensils, cooking equipment, plates, serving platters, glassware, cocktail glasses & tupperware are also provided.
- Linen is not included in the rental. Guests are welcome to bring their own bed sheets and towels, or hire linen for a fee of $50.00 per person, which includes sheets, pillowcases and bath towels, bath mats, hand towels and tea towels.
Getting to the Resort from the house
- The resort is only 150 metres away; however, the direct staircase there down the road from the house is very steep. Otherwise, a gentler 10-minute walk on the sealed road goes to the resort. You can reach the resort easily from the house via your 4WD on the sand road to the resort car park.
